What are your shipping options and costs?
Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

The weight/size of the order

The shipping method you choose (standard, express, etc.)
You’ll see the final cost and estimated delivery time before you confirm payment. Any delivery dates shown are estimates only, not guaranteed, but we work hard to hit them.
Where do you ship?
We’re a [country]-based brand and ship to the regions shown at checkout. If your country or region doesn’t appear, we don’t currently ship there. We may update our coverage from time to time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with:

A tracking number

A link to the carrier’s tracking page
You can also see tracking details in Your Account → Orders, if you created an account at checkout.
My package shows “delivered” but I don’t have it – what now?

Check around: front door, side door, mailbox, parcel locker, concierge or neighbours.

Confirm the address on your order confirmation.

Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early.
If it still hasn’t turned up, contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then reach out to us with your order number + tracking details so we can review options.
Will I be charged customs, duties or import taxes?
If you’re ordering from outside our home country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees as required by your local authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not controlled by us.
Where possible, any estimated fees will be shown at checkout, but this isn’t always available in every region.
