How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, head to Checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your shipping method and payment method, and then confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, which means we can’t promise changes or cancellations once you hit “Place order.”
If you need to change your address, items or cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. If your order hasn’t entered the packing/shipping stage, we’ll do our best to help. Otherwise, you may need to wait for delivery and process a return in line with our Returns Policy.
Why was my order cancelled by Pawfection?
We may cancel all or part of an order if, for example:

An item is out of stock or discontinued

There’s a pricing or product error

The payment can’t be authorised

We suspect fraud, misuse or unusual activity
If we cancel your order, we’ll let you know and refund any amount we’ve already charged, in accordance with applicable law.
